Speaking of parks, now let's take a walk through Changsha's largest, Memorial Park. The monument in the center commemorates the soldiers from Hunan Province who lost their lives during World War II and China's Civil Wars.

The park has many other attractions, though, like this elderly artist painting poetry in Chinese calligraphy on the sidewalk with water.
